Co-Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Gavin King serves as Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Strodia Group Inc., where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the company’s diversified operations across real estate and technology. He plays a central role in guiding Strodia’s long-term growth, corporate governance, and expansion into the U.S. and Guyanese markets.

Gavin brings over a decade of experience in the technology industry, currently holding a leadership role at Microsoft. His professional background includes key positions at NetApp, Symantec, and Veritas, where he specialized in enterprise solutions, cybersecurity, and global support services.

He holds an MBA along with advanced degrees in Cybersecurity Technology Management, Digital Forensics, and Computer Investigation, blending technical depth with business acumen. In addition to his corporate career, Gavin is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded and operated several successful eCommerce ventures.

With a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and community development, Gavin leads Strodia’s mission to deliver value through secure, sustainable, and future-focused business practices.

 

Adrian Guthrie, CISSP, CompTIA-CSIS,CIOS 
Board Director and Vice President of Technobale Solutions LLC Operations

Adrian Guthrie serves as Board Director at Strodia Group Inc. and Vice President of Operations for Technobale Solutions LLC, the technology and cybersecurity arm of the company. In this dual role, Adrian leads the delivery of secure technology services and oversees operational execution in both the United States and Guyana.

With over 15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity leadership, Adrian brings a deep background in information systems security, risk management, and cyber defense strategy. He is a certified CISSP, CompTIA CSIS, and CIOS, and has worked across both public and private sectors to help organizations mitigate threats, maintain compliance, and secure their digital environments.

Throughout his career, Adrian has held roles in IT security architecture, cyber risk advisory, and executive technology leadership. His areas of expertise span security operations centers (SOCs), governance and compliance, and cybersecurity training and workforce development.

At Technobale Solutions, Adrian plays a key role in building scalable infrastructure, establishing security frameworks, and developing partnerships that enable clients to thrive in a secure digital ecosystem. He is known for combining technical depth with practical leadership and strategic planning.

 

Robert Polidore, J.D.
Board Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Vice President of Technobale Solutions LLC Operations

Robert Polidore, J.D., serves as Board Secretary and Compliance Officer for Strodia Group Inc., while also fulfilling the role of Vice President of Operations at Technobale Solutions LLC. In these capacities, Robert ensures robust corporate governance, legal compliance, and operational excellence across the company’s cybersecurity and technology services.

With a Juris Doctor degree, Robert brings extensive expertise in regulatory law, risk management, and corporate governance. His career spans advising on compliance frameworks, data privacy best practices, and legal oversight in technology-driven environments.

At Technobale Solutions, Robert leads operational processes and compliance initiatives—streamlining policy development, overseeing audits, and coordinating adherence with international standards and regulations in both the United States and Guyana.

Known for his attention to detail and ethical decision-making, Robert plays a key role in upholding Strodia’s legal integrity and operational transparency—laying the foundation for trustworthy client partnerships and sustainable business operations.

 

Leslie Dainty
Board Director & Vice President of Investments Operations 

Leslie Dainty serves as a Board Director for Strodia Group Inc. and holds the role of Vice President of Investments Operations. In this dual capacity, Leslie oversees the strategic investment activities, portfolio management, and operational efficiency across Strodia’s asset base.

At Strodia, Leslie leads the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, particularly within Villenage Properties LLC, ensuring each acquisition aligns with the company’s standards of quality, community impact, and financial resilience.

 

Jocelyn Pierre
Board Director & Vice President, Villenage Properties LLC Operations

Jocelyn Pierre serves as a Board Director for Strodia Group Inc. and Vice President of Operations for Villenage Properties LLC, the Group’s single-family residential real estate subsidiary. In this leadership role, Jocelyn oversees property acquisition, asset management, and strategic operational initiatives that align with the company’s mission to deliver high-quality, community-oriented housing.

With deep expertise in real estate investment and operational leadership, Jocelyn is responsible for guiding the growth of Villenage Properties’ portfolio and ensuring smooth, efficient property operations. His focus areas include tenant relations, property performance analytics, and community engagement strategies.

Jocelyn is known for her proactive approach, blending financial acumen with operational discipline. He plays a key role in maintaining Strodia’s standards of excellence—driving both short-term operational success and long-term portfolio stability.
